At Sherlock & Pages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain intact and the detective-grade security seal is unbroken.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
